The Maryland Green Party has three standing committees:

• Bylaws Review and Rules Committee
• Finance Committee
• Membership Committee

The party also has two seasonal committees:

• Ballot Access
• Electoral Committee

Ad-hoc committees may form as needed.

The Maryland Green Party also has a Conflict Resolution Group (CRG) to administer the Code of Conduct (see Bylaws 5.5). The CRG is a standing work group but not a committee per se.
